Reply to menu mode only 3 lights

when i try to enter menu mode i get only 3 lights .still cant get to run 4 bank mode .do i have to do step How To Set Up The Midifighter Development Environment in Mac OS X?( i have mac os x)i start losing passions today is the 5 day and still cant run midi fighter in 4 bank mode
