Reply to Something is wrong after attempted firmware upgrade

Tried to upgrade the firmware on my midi fighter and something messed up. I have a mac and used the upgrade program i got off the community . It said it found the midifighter erased the midi fighter then said there was a error in loading hex. The led lights are all on bar bottom right and 1 above. Tried searching but found nothing hope you guys can help
