Reply to No MIDI signal in Windows 7

So I got my MIDI fighter today, and it works, but not on my Windows 7 laptop. I tired it out on a Mac and it worked, but on my main computer it's not installing drivers properly. I called the DJTT offices I got some of the drivers to work because of their help, but it still doesn't work.
The first picture is what it looks like, the second is what it should look like. I have all the needed drivers on my computer, but for some reason windows doesn't believe they'll work. Can anyone help?
