Reply to Issue with the MF updater

I downloaded the updater and dragged it to the desktop as instructed, but for some reason it keeps quiting after it tries to get the latest HEX file, how can i resolve this issue?

ohh and one more thing: i tried to install it via the virtual disk and now i ended up losing the firmware on the MF!
