Reply to MF + VCI 100 No signal after first track in each deck

Im using my MidiFighter Classic in combination with a VCI 100 MK1.

For the last couple of days Ive tried to solely use the one MF I got to control two decks and only use the VCI100 to mix and eq in order for me to see if i could play with two MFs and one external mixer.

This is what happens:

I play Deck A. Then I mix Deck B in and get Deck A out of the mix. When Im loading in a new track into Deck A and press play the traktor display shows me that the track is playing but I do not get any output on Traktors fader LEDs. So the track is supposedly playing but there is no signal coming into deck A. The same thing happens with Deck B. So bascially i can only play one track in each deck before i dont get anymore signal.

Anyone familiar with that or know why this is happening?
