Reply to MF Pro: Cue Master - Blocks after a random time

Everytime when i'm playing with my MF Pro it blocks after a random time. The lights from the buttons wich i pressed stay on and when I touch an other button the LED from the button just go on but the button him self don't work.
Is there someone who can help me with this problem?
