Reply to Midi fighter pro cue master problems

My midi fighter po cue master doesnt work!! Every time i plug it into my mac the top left arcade button just stays lit, i dont get any midi conectivity and none of the buttons work besides the top left button that stays lit! I have spent so much money on this product and after a few weeks it just decides not to work.
