Serato Midi Fighter Mod (Read the Stickies, need a lil' help) Hey! I've been up all evening reading the stickies and making sure all my ducks are in line before I ask this! I've expanded the Midi Fighter Classic with 4 digi butttons and 3 analogue knobs. I have verified the connections based on all of your resources (as seen in the pics below) as well as updated my Firmware via the OSX Utility on OSX 10.7 (all worked and is well), and also enabled both the analogue and digital options through the MF menu. Now... Everything works perfect except the analogue knobs. When I try to rotate them, it literally resets the Midi Fighter back to the startup light sequence. At first I thought I didn't have the current firmware but I have the one from Aug 24th 2011. The other thing that seems to happen occassionally is that I will aslo get a signal saying my USB port is drawing too much power and will be shut down. So I am led to believe that the power is going somewhere it shouldn't. Although I can use everything else and it works great. Here's my Serato controller and it's intended mapping: Here's how I have the pots connected (I know the inside is a bit janky looking but go easy, it's my first mod!): Here's how it connects to the board (as seen on DJTT): With 1 variation. The middle one is connected as a digital pushbutton as well so it can be pushed down to go from crate to folder. (I have thought this may be an issue since it's going to A4 & GND since I am out of digital inputs, although a tech here on the community agreed that it should work this way, in theory. As far as I know, no power is running through that, just open/closed. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. I can't wait to have full use of this thing, the buttons alone are bananas!!!
