Reply to Midi Fighter Classic -Instant Gratification + X1

Anyone get these two working together? It seems when I import the Midi Fighter with effects it wipes out the X1. I tried the merge utility but it wont allow me to click midi mapping for import.

Windows 7, Midi fighter 1.03, Traktor Scratch Pro 2.1.2.
