Reply to Midi Fighter not importing correctly

I had originally posted this in the Beat Masher mapping thread, but maybe I'll get some more traction in the main community .

From what I can tell, I'm importing everything correctly, but I can't fix the filter issue. I've honestly spent a good 3-4 hours importing and reimporting...trying several different ways. Almost all give me the same outcome.

Any ideas? I would really appreciate the help.
