MF PRO, using that cute lil midi message that kicks in half way thru the rotary/fade

Just stumbled across a small issue I can't find an easy answer for. I'm just getting in to the second push of making my own take on the IG map and stumbled across a little issue. As most will know the MF Pro (Cue Master, I'm using) pots send a number of different messages. The midi message I'm having issues with is the one that kicks in from the 12'o'clock/half way position. All the other messages from the pots work as you would expect but the minute I assign, for instance,

CH03.CC.017+CH03.CC.016, to a control

it then has conflicts with controls mapped to

CH03.CC.17

CH03.CC.16

CH03.Note.F7

CH03.Note.E7

All controls mapped to the four messages above seem to get over taken once CH03.CC.017+CH03.CC.016 gets involved. I say taken over as both Note messages fail to work and the CC messages mapped to rotarys will only partially turn the controls.

I've created a blank mapping to troubleshoot and the same problem occurs, for instance I map CH03.CC.17 to "effect 1 amount" and CH03.Note.F7 to "effect 1 on", all works fine. But then if I map the message CH03.CC.017+CH03.CC.016 to a completely different control like "Deck A Filter", it then does what I've previously described, meaning "effect 1 amount and on" do not function properly any more, grrrrrr.

I'm guess I'm missing something here, please let there be a work around!?

I've also attached a really jenky visual layout of the Midi commands that I made a long time ago when making the MF Pro mappings. At some point I'll make this into a clean digitalized picture but for now it could help a bit.

I made a rough diagram of the signal maps for the cue-master myself.
Used it a lot for my personal mappings.
