Reply to Mfpro bm wont work help!

So I have been using the MidiFighterPro Beat Masher for a few days now and have enjoyed myself greatly. On that note, I connected it to my computer toevening but when it came time for the first three buttons to light up (letting me know everything is running smoothly) the light stayed on in the second light and later reverts to the first. WHAT DO I DO?!?!?! It can go into boot mode and menu mode normally. I dont know what to do though...
