Reply to Midi fighter classic mapping

I build a midi fighter clone. So far everything works as it should. I'm not planning to program the combo's inside the controller as I want to use it for other things. What was the latest mapping that had the combo's inside the mapping ? Where could I find it ? All I found were the latest mappings.
