Reply to Midi fighter 3d no response at all, HELP

After many attempt to update the firmware through utility (v2 and 2.1) and also MFupdate which the message keep appearing that new firmware available in the utility. I believe it finally give up on me cause after many times I have plug in and out, the last I plug in the usb cable nothing happen. No lights and the utility software cannot recognize the unit as well. Can anyone help, thanks
