Run MFUpdate without web access?

Is there any way to reboot your MF through MFupdate without having to be connected to the net?

If I setup in a club and realize the MF is not being picked up and I need to reboot it, how can I do it without having to access the net?
That should definitely be possible otherwise an instant fix aint possible and the MF if not in working order cant be used...

Any ideas?
