Reply to Flashing buttons 9,10,13, and 14 when opening traktor

Each time i plug in my MF3d it boots up
i also have Traktor Pro 2 started or i start it up after and i get this.

Its flashes lights all over like its supposed to (MF3d)
and then i get buttons 9,10,13, and 14 flashing green steadily.

Whats this mean?
Also i noticed that, just a few hours ago i was doing a live show
and the 4 seperate BANK buttons where white when activat.

Now they are all off, inactive and when i press them, they dont turn on.

i do see in Traktor, they are sending a midi signal, but now i cant tell what bank im in because they dont light up
