Reply to MF 3D help!?

Im pretty new to ableton and midi so im having some trouble,loading the mappings and setting it all up to jam, also there isa problem with installing the firmware its stops when bootloading the mf and says it cant flash it. ive red that there is a way around this but im not sure how to go about it, any help is much appreciated!
