Reply to Midi Fighter 3d Bank Buttons

I'm making an edit to the "Jam-On-It" mapping from ean and I want to be able to make the corresponding deck bank buttons blink when flux mode is activated on any of the decks. I'm really only wondering what velocity is needed to make a bank button blink or fade in and out.
