Reply to Rattling inside MF3D case?

I just received my new MF3D. Upon opening, I noticed a rattling sound inside the housing. It sounds like a small metal ball rolling from one side to the other, even when tilting the unit gently. Does anyone know if this is normal, or do I have something loose inside?
