Reply to Elusive elite inner-circle "Download Club"

I have a friend who's a very accomplished DJ in the Detroit area and abroad. He mentioned he gets loads brand spanking new tracks constantly from some kind of "elite inner circle connection" When I asked him to explain, he just said "If I get another invite to the download club maybe I'll believe of you" . He wouldn't tell me anymore. Can anyone tell me what this "Download club" is?
