Why is there a serato sub-community but not a Traktor one?

last time Q-bert put out the traktor timecodes they went for $50+ USD.

uh traktor superseal? what? Can someone explain what we are talking about here, or what they mean by traktor superseal, maybe one side vinyl and one side timecode??
