What's your edible items of choice during gigs? Mine varies wildly, sometimes nothing at all, not even a glass of water.

But there's two things that I constantly have in my bag:

I believe I like these because of the visibility, it's clear from the floor what you're eating, and to me that looks better than just ploughing yourself full of flapjack/smarties/pies.
