Anyone use/seen this guy?

Just wondering how it compares to the fully adjustable version? This one has a set folded position by the looks of it. Could be a good thing

Only Crane Pro in limited edition is still made in USA. Everything else -> China.
And the prices are same - you figure it out.

anyone can confirm this since i'm very interested to get the standard ones
Almost everything is made/assembled in china these days so it makes sense if they are aiming for mass production now.

I have both. Spend the extra $$$ & get the nicer one. Well worth it. I picked up mine on ebay for around 125 shipped.

Looking back I wasted $75 bucks on the cheaper one IMO.

^ damn....hmm that's some kind of rip off.

still contemplating whether i should get this or not...in fact i dont really care where it was built nowadays, just would like to justify the price for that thing & the design really gets my attention. it's just like an ikea product...simple, unique & useable.

^ absolutely, it depends on some items....Yamaha HS80M are made in china, i have them & they're great!

well, if the steel click stopper is durable enough i'm going to buy it & use them as a cdj stand...the height are just perfect & lots of clearance below. anyone can confirm on how is the click stopper in real situation, does it 'moving/wobble' when the stand are rocked/shaken/try to pull apart?

I'm guessing it's steel based, aluminum drives costs up pretty fast. They have a name to live up to so I don't believe they are stupid enough to throw away it so easily.

Things made in China aren't necessarily low quality. Don't judge a product by it's origin.

mass production should they be able to lower their cost for abit....i guess the Amazon people was right..but do the quality would be the same as the original made in the USA? i'm not sure..

I believe I prefer my old classic Crane stand. It was expensive, but it's solid and works great. I did get the sub tray with mine, but I never use the thing lol....

It's foldable, looks cheaper than the original though without the clamps. I'm guessing it folds out like an uberstand to a set position.

i'm pretty sure the standard one has a tray, just that it's non adjustable
