Reply to i need some help, no Controllers are working on my comp

hi im freaking out

i have been trying for a week to get my new denon mc 3000 to work with traktor pro 2.6.3 and vdj 7.4 pro
with no luck

i have gone throw every trouble shooting step online to figure out this problem. denon tech support even advised me to return the product for serviceing so i did.

long and mcquade gave me a loaner while my mc 3000 is in the shop a vci 400

guess what it doesnt work either.

i need help there is something on my comp which is blocking midi singals . traktor contrl light doesnt not light up but my comp seems to know that a controller is connected at lest there is a audio card connected. oh wierdest thing is i have used a apc40 and mpk mini on my computer with no problems, then apc40 was last saturday.

im useing my laptop to connect its a HP envy 15-j084ca w/ beats audio - if it matters

i have also removed all cam stuff ( i heard the can mest stuff up)

i need some help.
