Finally moved to 2.5 but track collection reset? Posted on: 25.08.2012 by Nannette Doniger Hey its probably cropped up before but i couldnt find it. Ive only just upgraded to 2.5 as only have an s2 and was also waiting for the bugs to be ironed out. Anyway it updated fine and when i first opened it everything was there had about an hour playing around with the remix decks. When I closed it, it logged a crash file and when i reopened it it has totally reset my track collection so there is just the loops you get with a the software??? Ive tried to copy the collection folder from 2.1.3 in the documents folder but to no avail. Any ideas? do I need to copy the back-up folder from documents into the program files folder?? | |

Annalisa Shogren 26.08.2012 | Go into your Native Instruments folder in 'My Documents' and look for the previous version's collection.nml file. Copy and paste that into the latest version's file along with stripes and transients. Then just drag and drop the songs back into Traktor's browser. Don't forget to re-analyze all your songs with Traktor's new gain thing. |
Nannette Doniger 25.08.2012 | Trying to import collections 1 at a time but its a evening mare must be an easier way that i'm missing so the collection is exactly as it was before i updated. I group all my tracks in playlists rather than folders in track collection, could this be the problem?? |
