Reply to New synth on Kickstarter

Somebody recently posted about DJ projects on Kickstarter. Well, here's a project that somebody in Portland is doing that has already met its target. It is a piece-by-piece, build it your own, modular DIY synth. I would like to know if you can input it into your computer, meaning use the MIDI module to transport the sounds into your DAW.

My opinion: It could be pretty cool. I would need to see what sounds it could make, but I believe it could just be a trick toy, or whatever you would like to call it. At least until they upgrade it and add more features, I believe it is a little overpriced.
