Reply to The DJWORX 2012 Survey

Evening all. Before I start, this isn't spam, but is fully sanctioned by the mods.

Back in the days of skratchworx, I ran a survey that got an amazing response and gave me valuable intel that helped to build the new DJWORX site. But it's 2012 now and I need an update.
