Reply to Midi Fighter 3D vs. Kontrol F1

I am wanting to get one of these in the near future. I lean towards the F1 but the whole idea of the 3D and how if functions is pretty flippin' sweet! I know I am asking this on ranking s so I am hoping to get an un-bias opinion.

What are all of your thoughts on the two? Is this just going to come down to preference or can you do more with the F1 with the additional deck software?
