Reply to Help with mixing House And Hip Hop!

Ok so I'm mainly only good with mixing progressive house, electro house, dubstep, and some mainstream. I need help on how to mix or transition hip hop or rap into house (vise versa). I find it always sounding like crap and all i need is help on the transitions. Whats the best way to do so?
