Komplete Elements not installing on my laptop?
Komplete Elements not installing on my laptop? Posted on: 10.01.2012 by Barton Rigazio Question for the computer wizards...Just got the Maschine Mikro. Maschine installed perfectly fine. Included in the package is Komplete Elements. When I put the CD in the drive, the setup folder is recognized and pops up. However when I double click on the setup file, my computer just hangs and does nothing! I already tried "run as admin" and that didn't work either. Any ideas on what else I can do? .... Thanks! If it helps, my specs are: Win 7 Pro 64bit, Sony Z series, 4gb ram.. | |

rules but I gotta bump this thread. I have a problem with the serial key. I bought Mikro and came Komplete Elements with it. But the serial-no that's written at the back of the sleeve is too short, it lacks digits. Does anybody know the fix? |
| Lisa Lochotzki 10.01.2012 | Nope the activation is done using the serial number printed on the DVD sleeve. It's possible to experiment weird behaviour. Try a little bit latter OR download & install the latest Service Center update. https://co.native-instruments.com/in...Service_Center |
| Barton Rigazio 10.01.2012 | Awesome, that worked! Thanks KeyWee. Now the problem is that the serial number doesn't work for activation in the Service Center! I believe it's because I copied the setup file onto my computer. The serial number is probably tied to the file on the CD, no? Any ideas? Looks like I might have to get some help from NI support.... |
