hello,
i have been djing/beatmaking for a long time.to all the new artists jus starting,use less effects and just shine with just a few.you dont need 20-million stutters/echos/flangers all at once.less is more.dj shadow,cut chemist babu are examples of this.study this technique and use effects like spices.trust me,the crowd will enjoy your show,the promoter will re-book you,and the other dj's in the crowd will notice you have skills.
just some advice...follow if you want,but i havent had a non dj job in 21 years.
