Reply to iTunes reinstalled- how do I find my music

Hello, just a quick one-

Re-installed iTunes yesterday, and when I've fired up Traktor today, my iTunes library (as it was) is still showing. How do I get Traktor to use the new iTunes? At the moment any track I try to use gives me the 'Red bar of death' and I can't use it. I can stil drag and drop from iTunes into a deck though. Many thanks
