Reply to 20 Minute Mix -- Approximately 50 Tunes. HELP.

I'm looking to make a 20-25 minute mix with a TON of songs in it. Mainly drops, but obviously some buildups and some breakdowns. Now..
Do you believe I am better off using Ableton?
Or is this possible to do in Traktor?
I just got the s4 yesterday from a friend to borrow.
I am comfortable with 2/4 track mixes.
Watcha believe?
