Reply to itunes problem

so i have all my music just bungled into my music folder and was getting stressed out about the mess .... so i thought i would let itunes organise them by putting them into folders by artists folders ..

but now i click on some of the songs and its just skips on to the next song and there no exclamation mark or nothing
