Reply to Best time to come to berlin?

Ok so me and a friend are planning a trip to berlin at long last for the end of jan/feb

i know there is ctm festival on but nothing really interest's me on the line up

but just wondering does it really matter what week we go to berlin,are the clubs always open etc...?
