Reply to Basic mixer question

I had a look around but couldn't find anything related, so I've registered and am posting a new topic.

My friend is looking for a mixer for christmas, but is unsure of which one to get. She is currently using Virtual DJ and Traktor to mix, and so would like a midi capable mixer. However she is interested in eventually purchasing some turntables, and so does not want to restrict herself to only having a USB mixer.

What budget priced USB MIDI capable + RCA input/balanced output mixers are about? is the numark M101USB MIDI capable on two channels? If so it would be ideal apart from the fact it only has a 2 band EQ on each channel.
