Reply to Library Management Between Traktor & SL

Just picked up an s4, coming from scratch live and learning my way around traktor, still plan on using scratch live alongside traktor. Wanted to know if anyone else is doing this and what the best tips are on managing my library between the two. I saw a posting on a conversion tool for scratch live cues and stuff for porting to traktor, would running my songs through it mess with my serato tags also or will i be able to have everything work together between SL and traktor.
