Reply to Anyone else not getting Mad Zachs packs in their Inbox??

So I signed up to be on the mailer a while back (3 months) & only received 1 soundpack & nothing since. I signed up with another email account just recently hopipng this would fix up whatever 'glitch' there may have been, but apart from the confirmation e-mails you get after registering, still no Soundpack?

Anybody care to share some light on the situation & and maybe point me in the right direction of these infamous packs?
