Reply to S2 help!!!

Ok so i just got my S2 today and got traktor set p and all and i got the DJTT mapping but the play button wont wrk and the knob to go through my tracks will skp to everyother song and the jog wheel is going through the song way to fast...i really need help and if anyone has skype and could help me through a call that would be soo helpful! Please help!
