Reply to Backing up programmes

i have used search but cannot find anything

looking for a back up programme for windows 7 where i can just plug my usb in and will automatically back up any new songs i have and delete them if i have deleted any from my computer

getting tired of deleting them all off my usb then drag and dropping them all again takes ages!!!

tried searching google but no such luck
