Reply to Ultimate controller?

Ultimate controller for both production and Djing? As for now I'm exploring the wonders of the DJ world and I love trying new combinations setup wise. But I've come to a stage, where I would like to try production as well. Not serious song production, but samples and loops that can be implemented in the mix. Other than that I would also like to have sort of a "mini" setup, when I'm on the road!

So to sum up, the needs are as following for a controller.
It should be able to produce loops/samples
- Able to be used beside my kontrol x1 for djing when on the road?
- Able to be used with ableton or maybe remix decks with my main setup (see signature)
- Able to shoot off the sweet loops/samples I've made, live.

Are there an ultimate controller, whom fulfill these needs?

I know I haven't described everything into much detail, but post what you believe would be a good controller for everything.
Oh and keep in mind that I don't have my pockets filled with money, so believeing of the price before posting would be nice

Controllers I believe would be an option,
Akai Apc40?
Ipad?

Another option would be to wait for NAMM and see what's coming?
