Reply to TouchOSC stability?

Hi, I'm believeing about getting TouchOSC for my iPad 4 as a controller for deck controls and FX (in Traktor 2) but with an external mixer. So my questions are :

is TouchOSC stable enough to run a 3 hour set?
What advantages does Lemur have over TouchOSC and do they matter for my setup (i mean i can see the advantages considering any daw or live, but for deck and FX controls in Traktor)?
What about latency with a macbook pro?
