Reply to Customer Service for DJTT?

I've been trying to get a hold of anyone from DJTT store in order to verify my order, and why it's still sitting in California since Jan 20th (according to USPS site)

I've tried emailing, calling and no reply or answer on the phone.

wondering if anyone can help....
