Reply to Hearing Protection for DJing?

Are there any ready made ear plugs for hearing protection that can be used with headphones?

I've used the ETY plugs and really liked them, but unfortnately they can't be used with headphones.

I'm going to an audiologist soon to get custom fitted ones, but in the meantime, are there any available online that you can recommend?
