Reply to Stiff jog wheel on Vestax Vci 100 mk2

I have a Vestax Vci 100 mk2 and have had it for about a year. \the right jog wheel has become very stiff and I cannot loosen it with the tension guage. How can I fix this as I cannot send it back to vestax now? Are there any tutorials, as I have checked youtube and found none on this model? Or is it basically the same as the Vci 100? Any help will be very appreciated...THanks guys!! :-)
