Reply to Need help to ID a song - rap/hip hop experts please help

Heard this song twice and can't identify it. It has a Jimi Hendrix sounding/style guitar riff sampled over an over. The lyrics mention something about PCP towards the end..lol The chorus sounds like something about queens and "east side".

I don't believe this is a secret track or anything so that's why I asked. It's probably a song that charted either currently or at some point I just don't know what it's called.
