Reply to Upgrade from TP2 to TSP2.

I cannot find find anything on the NI website regarding an upgrade for those already with TP2, to TSP2.

Any ideas about cost of this and how can I go about it?

I tried submitting a request via customer services, but it gives me a 404 page cannot be found when I hit submit.
