Reply to Question for Zoom 4Hn users

What is the optimal record format when using the Zoom 4Hn on a live set? Is there any advantage to using 96kHz/24bit? Everything I've researched thus far says no, but would like to get some DJTT members opinion. My plan is to use the built-in microphones as the input source.
