Should the term DJ be changed? In the early '90s I mixed with turntables and records, now I mix with media players and USB thumb drives. Am I still a Disc Jockey? I originally posted this on my facebook profile and one response said "LTJ = Laptop Jockeys. JDJ= Jump drive jockey." I replied with "Keep DJ but change it to Drive Jockey?" Another friend said he's putting "music curated by..." on his flyers. Jason | |
