Okay, so.. on the back of the KA 6, you've got one speaker plugged into output 3 and one speaker plugged into output 4, right? Those aren't stereo outputs..

Here's how I have the audio setup in Ableton:

I only have one jack for the speakers though

Ok, for the M-Audio Studio Pro 3 you should use a couple of these cables:

They're called Mono TS to RCA.

Since both inputs are on the same speaker you could also use a paired cable like this:

If you already have RCA to RCA cables you could just get a pair of adapters:

No the have a left and a right, but it goes down into one cable, and I have an adapter for them that I'm using

Man they a some lame ass m-audio studio pro3 speakers I've had them forever, need to update bad but that's not in the budget right now so I have to make due. But okay I'll try and buy some new cables. But I'm still skeptical cause when I plug the one cable I do have into the main I don't get any sound, even if I crank the huge dial in the middle of the ka6.

Okay.. if you're using computer speakers that only have one stereo cable, with probably an 1/8" plug, you'd need something like this:

And then something like this, to join the cable from the speakers to it:

Yes, you need 1 cable per speaker. There is a large dial in the middle of the device for controlling volume through the MAIN out.

What speakers are you using?

Yeah but I only have one cable for both the speakers. Maybe I need to go out and buy additional cables? The other thing is when I connect it to the 'main' out let I don't get and sound out of either speaker, and I can't figure out how to configure my controlled panel to send the sound out of main.

I'm using ableton live 9

I have the audio 6 in through USB.
Apc50 in with USB

2 speakers and sennhizer headphones.

The headphones are in the headphone jack in the front, the monitors are in the 3/4 out pot in the back. But only one speaker on both the headphones and the speaker produces sount

Open traktor's preferences, in Audio, make sure the Komplete 6 is chosen as your sound card, then go to routing, and put output 1 as your master and output 2 as your monitor, the L and R in each respectively.

I'm not sure how everything is supposed to look because I've never set up a Komplete Audio 6, which is different than a Traktor Audio 6.

What software are you using? And what hardware do you have, and how is it connected up?
